I met Moon when she was just an hour old and little did I know she would be mine! I broke my streak of "no new goats" for 2 years but what better way to?! I could never say no to a Fancy baby and when I was surprised with and offered Moon, I definitely couldn't! She was the best surprise of 2024! I actually saw Moon when she was a baby a couple times and now I look back at pictures I took those days and think I can't believe she is mine now. A huge thank you to Ms. Lisa for the opportunity to have Moon in our herd.​

And did I mention how gorgeous this girl is?! Lengthy, powerful and she has that "look at me" personality! I'm so obsessed with her and she just keeps looking better and better.

 

Moon is also maternal half sisters to our very own GCH Fields of Grace Fancy Schmancy 3*M AR VEEE 90 (6x GCH, 6x RGCH, 2x BIS)'s maternal half sister!! I also have two of Moon's paternal half sisters who have both gone Jr Grand Champion and Meg's Blessings Soul On Fire was Best In Show!

Moon won Best In Show her first time out at the Piedmont Dairy Goat Association Spring Show!

Her 2nd time out ever.. she won the $500 Youth Supreme Champion at our TN State Fair!
