Shine has always been so special to me. She is one of the sweetest goats in the barn. She has always been so mild mannered... other than when it is feeding time and like her mom, Shine gets excited to go on the stand and eat and get milked!

Her first show was in May 2023 at a month old... she is still the youngest baby I have shown to date... but I am so glad I got to get Shine out as a baby! She walked so well even at such a young age. She continued to move up in placings that year and earned a Reserve Champion that fall.​

My brother has used her for showmanship, and she has been told by multiple judges that she was "born to be a showmanship goat". She truly "shines" in the ring and walks with so much confidence!

In 2024, she earned her dry leg under Judge Jackson Noble in June 2024... she then went on to be a member of my 2024 ADGA National Show 5th Place Jr Get of Sire (out of over 30 entries) with half-sisters Forever and Livvie.

These Soldier daughters just keep getting better as they mature! Shine freshened with a lovely, socked on udder in 2025 and earned her AR milk star as a FF. While Shine didn't get out to show in 2025, her daughter Meg's Blessings Lil LiteOfMine (sired by Primrose Hill CB Purple Heart *B) won Best In Show at 4 months old! I am looking forward to the 2026 show season with Shine... she has gained so much depth of body and matured a lot over Fall 2025.
